Terms of Service for Kepsto

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Kepsto. By accessing or using our e-learning coding platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Kepsto, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

By submitting User Content, you grant Kepsto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Submit content that is infringing, obscene, misleading, or otherwise objectionable
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy any portion of the Service except where explicitly permitted

"Kepsto" and associated branding are trademarks of Kepsto.

7. Free Access

Kepsto currently offers all course content and learning features free of charge.

We may update our product offerings in the future, and any material changes will be communicated through updated terms and/or in-product notices.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate educational materials, including course structures, chapters, and exercises.

AI-generated content is provided for educational assistance only and may not always be perfectly accurate or complete. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated explanations or exercises should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or career advice
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or outputs before use
• Kepsto does not guarantee the correctness, performance, or specific learning outcomes of AI-assisted content

Kepsto does not use user-submitted content to train public or third-party AI models.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. KEPSTO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

KEPSTO DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC LEARNING OUTCOMES, CERTIFICATIONS, EMPLOYMENT, OR JOB PLACEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, INCLUDING AI-POWERED FEATURES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEPSTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kepsto, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
