  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, exercises completed, learning progress, and timestamps.
  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: Used only to operate and secure the Service. See Section 11.

Kepsto utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technologies primarily to pre-generate and enhance educational content, including course explanations, chapters, and exercises.

While our content is AI-assisted, user inputs (such as code submissions or specific answers) are processed to provide automated feedback and progress tracking.

We do not use your personal content to train public third-party AI models.

AI-generated content is provided for educational assistance and may not always be error-free. Users are encouraged to review and verify outputs where appropriate.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Hosting, authentication, infrastructure, and support vendors bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or valid legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

11. Cookies

Kepsto uses necessary and functional cookies required to operate, secure, and deliver the Service, including those from integration partners like CodeSandbox.

We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising.

If non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies) are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly, and users will be asked to provide consent where required by law.

12. Children’s Privacy

Kepsto is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

13. Public Content & User Responsibility

Content posted in public areas of the Service may be visible to others. Do not include sensitive information (such as passwords, API keys, or personal data) in public submissions.
